In the article, the mechanical characteristics and chemical composition of grape vines are studied. The grapes of Muscat desert, Muscat early black, Muscat oriental, Muscat VIRA, Aromatny, Muscat Susana, Charos Muscat, Bayan Sherry, Mayskiy Black and Rangdor grape varieties are described.
