Abstract

In the article, the mechanical properties of grape heads and bunches of promising local varieties of grapes were studied. Grape head, bunch weight, and mechanical composition of grape varieties Said Gulyam, Husayni Kelinbarmak, Kara Djanjal and Husayni Belyyy are described.
