Inclusive Prospects of the Labor Market in a New Uzbekistan

This article covers practical privileges in employment assistance of persons with disabilities, career development, employment, and vocational training. In Research, the activities of 156 units of enterprises under the societies of persons with disabilities have been studied, and deep analyses were conducted on the condition of the enterprises, the usage of existing opportunities, and the level of demand for manufactured products. Recommendations have been elaborated to improve the financial condition of such enterprises, to properly reconstruct the buildings, to update the equipment, to increase the production capacity of goods, to find new customers for manufactured products, to create new jobs for persons with disabilities and to improve the conditions of their labor.
