In the scientific article, the non-uniformity of enterprises for the resource concept of the enterprise development strategy, the ability of the organization, the availability of resources, ways to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise, the potential competitors of the enterprise, the constant differences in the composition of existing resources between enterprises, and the cases where they differ from each other in a stable manner, are studied.
