Abstract

Real estate is an essential aspect of any economy, and its management plays a crucial role in the development and growth of a country. In Uzbekistan, the real estate market is rapidly evolving, and its management is becoming increasingly complex. One of the major challenges in the management of real estate is the lack of a well-formed surveying service, which is essential for professional management. This paper will discuss the problems of forming surveying services for professional management of real estate in the market of Uzbekistan.
