Abstract

The article analyzes the Maria Montessori method (methodology), which is one of the world-famous systems and methods for educating preschool children. The main directions and principles of this method in the development of children of preschool age are considered, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the Maria Montessori method in child education are shown.
