Abstract

The article reveals the peculiarities of the development of professional competence in the professional training of teachers. This process mainly involves the use of traditional pedagogical technologies. The article presents the results of the verification experiment and indicates the need for continuous professional development of teachers on the basis of innovative principles. It is also proposed to use modern pedagogical technologies of distance and Project Education and production technologies for the development of professional competence in participants in the educational process (teachers and students).
