Ways of Forming Technical-Tactical Actions in the Fight

Abstract

In this article, the author deals with the study of techniques and tactics in the training process of wrestling, the uniqueness and characteristics of wrestling competition, methodological principles implemented in teaching methods, and the modern requirements of competition. The practical methodology of technical-tactical training of wrestlers, as well as the formation of technical-tactical movements in wrestling, are discussed.
