Abstract

The review article is devoted to the analysis of foreign and domestic studies on irritable bowel syndrome in children. The author considers neuro-immuno-endocrine mechanisms of functional pathology formation, studies new pathogenetic mechanisms, systematizes the data of leading scientists aimed at improving the methods of diagnosis and timely prevention of irritable bowel syndrome in children.
