To date, intrauterine anomalies of fetal development (IVAF), which occupy the second place in the structure of perinatal mortality, remain an urgent problem of modern perinatology. There is a need to form groups with varying degrees of risk for the development of UA, taking into account the specifics of the impact of antenatal damaging factors and optimizing prenatal diagnosis.
