Primary intracranial meningiomas are a rare subgroup of tumors, accounting for less than 1% of all tumors. In addition, it is included among the tumors that penetrate into the dura mater and subcutaneous tissues and damage the tissues that are close to it. Unlike intracranial meningiomas, the diagnosis and treatment of PIOM is difficult due to their misleading clinical signs and the lack of clear radiological diagnostic criteria.
