The problems associated with alcohol and, in particular, with its excessive consumption, are on a par with major public health problems in the world and cause serious damage to human health, well-being and life. The problem of alcoholism is a complex, open dynamic system, dependent on and closely related to the biological and socio-economic systems. Undoubtedly, the increased negative impact of alcohol on the health of the population is due not so much to an increase in the consumption of alcoholic beverages, but to an increase in their toxicity. Studying the problem of alcohol poisoning, are few and consider it mainly from the standpoint of the clinic, pathogenesis and resuscitation.
