Abstract

The article examines and compares the dynamics of hemostasis system parameters in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and chronic coronary heart disease (CHD) who underwent myocardial surgical revascularization under EC conditions. In patients with chronic ischemic heart disease (CHD) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) who underwent surgical myocardial revascularization under cardiopulmonary bypass, 11 indicators of the hemostasis system were determined in the 3Q stages of the preoperative study, during the first postoperative day. surgery, and before discharge from the hospital.
