The article provides information on the testing of desert forage plants in the conditions of the drained bottom of the Aral Sea. A conclusion is made about the prospects for cultivation in order to create highly productive pastures of such species as Salsola paletzkiana, Haloxylon aphyllum, Halothamnus subaphyllus.
