Abstract

this article examines issues related to the management of employees of the organization. Special attention is paid to the management of the employees of the organization using the innovative method of management. The concept of innovative personnel management and the positive features of innovative approaches are explained. The initial conditions of employee innovation and the innovative potential of the organization's employees are highlighted.
