Abstract

The article discusses the issues of training specialists in the conditions of social partnership of higher professional education with the production environment. The authors of the article describe the employer’s ability to assess potential human resources at the early stages of professional training. The article presents an analysis of the requirements for a university graduate based on the results of a survey of managers of leading mining enterprises in the Kemerovo region. The authors highlight the professional, organizational and managerial qualities of specialists that are in demand by industry employers today.
