Abstract

In many developed countries the problems of legal language have been deal with for a long time and rather successfully. This defines the urgency of the article. The emphases put during the study of legal language differ depending on the country in which the research is carried out. This has a beneficial effect on the research, since different scientific schools take different approaches to the study of the material. Besides, there are both legal experts and linguists among the researchers. The purpose of the article is to define the inner structure of legal language, which is determined by means of correlation between the spheres of its functioning in the legal life of the society and the language resources involved.
