Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the humor contained in the novel “12 Stories of Glen Anggara” by Luluk HF and (2) to describe the relevance of the results of the analysis of humor in the novel “12 Stories of Glen Anggara” by Luluk HF with literature learning in high school. The method used in the study is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of  research data is a novel entitled “12 Stories of Glen Anggara” by Luluk HF. To collect data the technique used is documentation technique. To analyze the technical data used is content analysis technique. The results of the study show 1. The humor contained in the story 12 Glen Anggara Stories by Luluk HF are: 1) Playful humor 2) Self-deprecating humor 3) Physical humor 4) Observational humor 5) Improvised humor.
