This article notes that in the context of the transformation of the bank, the increasing requirements for the provision of system network services are multi-channel, efficiency, transparency, accuracy stimulate the introduction of innovative technologies. The article notes that this principle is reflected in the use of a client-centric model by banks in developed countries, which implies the creation and organization of all business processes in the interests of a corporate client. On the basis of the study in the field of banking transformation under the influence of the global environment, the regularities and specifics of the development of financial institutions, in particular the bank, in the conditions of a structural shift in society as a whole, were revealed.
