Abstract

The article analyzes the place and role of civil society in modern conditions, the social, economic, political, environmental and other problems of the world community, as well as the transparency of national borders, new communication technologies, the increasing influence of public opinion and other factors to continue a broad dialogue with civil society. The author's opinion is that it creates the need for effective management at different levels - from global to local.
