The study shows that students who use digital learning tools achieve better results than those who are taught by traditional methods. They are also more motivated towards the respective subject. This applies to all groups of higher educational institutions and to all subjects studied, especially foreign languages.
However, digital content alone does not guarantee success. Their impact on performance and motivation depends on how they are used.
In addition, the question of the role of the teacher in the development of students' motivation will be considered.
