Abstract

As a result of reforms implemented in the agrarian sector of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, farms have become the main subject of agricultural production. It is known that the existing natural conditions in our country allow for the sustainable development of the production of agricultural products, in particular, fruit and vegetable growing. This requires, first of all, to focus on increasing the high added value in the field of fruit and vegetable production in enterprises specializing in fruit and vegetable production.
