Abstract

This article presents that the research of the socio-economic well-being of rural women helps to determine the measures that the Government of Uzbekistan can take to improve their status in society, increase their social status and capacity. This study revealed that the socio-economic well-being of women is determined by the level of creating conditions for the full realization of labor, social, intellectual potential, achieving financial stability, and quality of life. This article presents gender aspects of rural women employment and their participation at the labor market in Uzbekistan.
