Management Tactics and Antiplatelet Therapy for Primary Prevention of Transient Ischemic Attack and Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Despite the significant successes achieved in the treatment and prevention of acute cerebral circulatory disorders (ONMC), strokes remain one of the main causes of mortality and the leading cause of disability in Uzbekistan. More than 60 thousand cases of stroke (acute cerebrovascular accident) are registered annually in Uzbekistan. At the same time, disability after stroke is 83.8%, and the percentage of hospital mortality is 17.3%.
