Abstract

In this article, the concept of enforcement of international treaties is revealed and its elements are pointed out by the author. In addition, the conclusion is made about the influence of the era of modern international law on the current state of international relations by studying several principles of the law of international treaties, detailing statistical data and presenting the opinions of international scientists.
