Abstract

In this article, through archival sources, comments are made about the history of public associations such as "Tatar Society" and "Tatar Club", which operated in the city of Tashkent, the center of the Turkestan General-Governorship, and in the Emirate of Bukhara at the beginning of the 20th century.
