Abstract

Data on the risk and frequency of primary and repeated ischemic strokes in thromboocclusive lesions of brachycephalic arteries are summarized. The evaluation of medical and surgical methods of treatment of patients in this group was carried out. The addition of phytotherapy indicated a significant decrease in the number of all lesions of the brain and cardiovascular system within 5 years.
