Abstract

The article analyzes the social and legal necessity of expressing the rights and interests of the victim in constitutional provisions. It expressed opinions on proposals aimed at improving the mechanism for compensating the harm caused to the victim as a result of the crime, protecting the rights and interests of the victim.
