Abstract

The success of a State Civil Apparatus in achieving goals largely depends on performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service orientation, discipline, commitment to the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the North Sulawesi Agricultural Technology Assessment Center Office. This study uses a quantitative approach by testing the hypothesis to see the correlation that occurs between service orientation, discipline, commitment to performance. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire survey method with 54 respondents with a purposive method. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with Smart PLS 3.2.9 Software. The results of this study indicate that service orientation.
