This article is devoted to the specifics of disciplinary measures under the legislation of foreign countries, such as the USA, Japan, France, Germany, CIS countries. The procedure for applying disciplinary measures to an employee for violating labor discipline is disclosed. As a result of a comparative legal study of the experience of foreign countries, proposals are made on the need for amendments and additions to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of disciplinary responsibility of an employee.
