Human Resources (HR) are one of the most important assets in an organization, and whether or not the organization is successful in achieving its goals, really depends on the ability of Human Resources (HR) in carrying out the tasks given by the organization. To see whether human resources are capable or not in an organization, a performance assessment is needed. Increasing employee performance will have an impact on the progress of organizations and not only private but also government organizations.
