Abstract

The problems of investing in leasing objects are not just relevant today. The future of all initiated reforms depends on how leasing relations develop. At domestic enterprises, for example, the depreciation of fixed assets by the beginning of 2020 reached 29.6%, and the annual coefficient of their renewal is only 16.0%
