Abstract

In this scientific article, researching the theoretical foundations of the development of entrepreneurship in the modern housing construction market in the formation of the housing stock, forming the types of activities intended for the construction of new, reconstructed objects in the formation of the housing stock, repair and technical armament of the existing objects. Ways of successful development of entrepreneurship in the field of housing construction in the formation of the housing fund are justified.
