Abstract

In the scientific article, foreign experiences of organizing activities of small industrial zones were studied. The history of the formation and spread of free economic zones in economically developed countries has been studied scientifically. Various approaches have been studied to determine the economic content of the concept of the investment potential of a small industrial zone. Industrial zones and projects located in them were divided into "promoted" project, "promoted" zone and "important to be encouraged" project, "important to be encouraged" zone, and the mechanisms of their state support were studied.
