In this article, the company describes the system of formation, development and efficient use of human capital, as well as affecting the formation of human capital values. The main element, which affects human capital at the enterprise, is a system of human capital formation and development. This system has a positive impact on human capital, as insufficient development of its development will lead to low levels of human capital and the result reduces the cost of innovative development of the enterprise.
