Abstract

At the same time, the observed prevalence of joint dysfunction syndromes in patients with pathology, which ranged from 78.3% to 95.3%, indicates the prevalence of pathology. This is due to the fact that the initial stages of pathology are asymptomatic, the lack of sufficient information about organic changes in the temporomandibular joint, both during clinical and X-ray examination, as well as the lack of a unified etiopathogenetic point of view among specialists.
